The menu emphasizes a farm-to-table approach with a light French influence. We opted for the JPY 7000 course menu. While the portion sizes are moderate (and perhaps a bit light for a Western appetite), the food was a mixed bag. The pork was a standout—tender and soft, perfectly complemented by a vinegar sauce. However, the duck was unfortunately coarse and dry, paired with a somewhat bitter white sauce (fennel, I believe).
Be aware there's a two-drink per person minimum. The wine list exclusively features natural wines, with the cheapest bottle starting at JPY 8000. As a personal preference, I'm not a big fan of natural wines due to their inconsistency.
