I don't think I've seen a place with a bigger coffee bean selection than this. Or maybe not one with such a beautifully presented selection, since you'll have samples of all beans in front of you, sorted by price (which is helpful) that you can open up and smell. And that's really going to help you choose.

The owner is a pro, and the result I had out of my Ethiopian choice was great. All of the aromas from the beans were highlighted perfectly in my iced drip coffee.

The coffees are also served in a wine glass, which accentuates the smell of the coffee even more.

The place inside is small, so expect to just focus on the coffee itself.

Hands down my favorite coffee place in Tokyo.

Very large choice of top quality beans with a wide range of prices. Beans are properly roasted - very light.

The owner/barista is very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. The place itself is very cool with a lab vibe, some cool music being played.

We had three brews (incl. a pacamara that ranked 2nd in BoP) - all were absolutely excellent. Great cup complexity with strong flavours - best of both worlds in my opinion as the brew is balanced but absolutely not boring.

Prices are very fair for world-class quality.
