Quaint little izakaya manned by a single sweet gentleman. As previously mentioned, soft jazz in the background and the proprietor speaks English and tries his upmost to accommodate foreigners. The establishment does allow smoking for the smokers out there but the ventilation is great it won't be a concern for non-smokers.
