I really like the idea of having an eco-friendly convenience store. I was surprised that this place doesn't very much compared to a normal convenience store.

They don't have plastic bags and chopsticks and utensils are not free so take that into consideration when buying something.

One main difference is the increased number of frozen foods here. It's a selection different from normal Lawson convenience stores.

Another interesting thing is the automatic cooking machine that can make various dishes and fried rice. I tried ordering the stir-fried veggies using it. It's good if you're on a business trip or really busy. Otherwise it's probably cheaper and better to make it at home. A staff put the vegetables into a machine and it automatically makes your food. It's not that reasonable but I like the fact that it doesn't have any preservatives or weird things in it, like most prepared foods at convenience stores. It's really fresh. The carrots and cabbage were slightly hard but I guess it's difficult for an automated machine to determine the cooked wellness of vegetables.

I used my own Eco bag I thought it was okay until the stir-fried vegetable dish started to leak through my bag!!! It's better to bring your own plastic bag, to prevent any disastrous leakage.

I don't know why so many people complained about the customer service because the young man that helped me out was very courteous, attentive and detail oriented. Hey very kindly let me know how to order fresh made food by...

皆さん色々書かれていますが、コンビニとしてまず第一歩を踏み出したことは評価したいと思います。

使い捨てに慣れてしまった私達にとって、サステナブルっていうのは簡単な事ではないですが、これからの地球環境の事を考えれば、コンビニとしてもそこは取り組まなければならないところです。

そして利用する側の意識を変えていく必要があるでしょう。

弁当などに付ける箸やフォークなど一切置いてませんが、入口入ってすぐの所に竹や籾殻を51％混ぜた材料で作った箸やフォークを販売しています。価格は竹製（一個入）25円、籾殻（6個入）264円。

マイバッグも記憶が定かではないですが120円位で販売していたと思います。しっかりした作りのものも500円位でありました。

レジは基本的にセルフですが、収納代行などは店員に言えば有人レジでやってくれます。

不要になった紙袋の回収ボックスもセルフレジ奥に置いてありましたが、その場所まで足を運ばないと分からないので、こう言うのは入口近くの分かりやすいところに置いて欲しいですね。

スーパーでは普通にやっている牛乳パックやトレーなどの回収箱もあればいいと思いました。

もっと「ローソンとしてこういう事に取り組んでいるよ」という展示物もあって良かったんじゃないでしょうか？

全体としては物足りないですし、やってる感が伝わってこないですね。

(2022/11/28) グリーンローソンとやらになっていました。 レジ袋全廃とのことで有料で購入もできず、マイバック持ってない場合は手で持てる分のみってことですね。それと同時にマイバック売ってるんだから、まぁ、良い商売してると言うか、良い印象は受けませんでした。 店員さんは丁寧に説明してくださり、どうしてもと言う方は紙袋の用意はあるとのこと。 とは言え今まで有料レジ袋使ってた身からしたらあまりに不便ですし、愉快な気持ちにはなれません。 最寄りでよく利用していたのですが、残念ながら少し足を伸ばしてセブンにいく事になりそうです。 ★1から始めて、店員さんの対応が良かったので★追加の★2としました。 (2022/11/28以前) 設備良し。クルーの方の対応メインになりますが、外国人の方が働いてるタイミングが多いですね。私が行くのが夜が多いからかも知れませんが。 で、外国人の兄ちゃん達の時も対応に嫌だなと思ったことはなし！いやむしろいい感じに対応してくれるかな？笑顔だけはないですが、そもそもコンビニバイトに笑顔を求めるってどんだけやねんな、、、。 日本人の兄ちゃん姉ちゃん達の時も気持ちよく買い物できます。とても良い。 あ、ただ正直冷凍食品とか惣菜のラインナップはセブンイレブンの方がおいしいんですけどね、、、その点はこのお店にはどうしようもない事だ...
