MAIHIEN FOOD — Restaurant in Tokyo

Had a wonderful dinner here with a friend. I ordered the pho dac biet which came out to be a satisfying size (I think the normal size would've been a bit too small for me but more appropriate for smaller eaters). The flavor of the broth was, dare I say, my favorite I've had so far in Japan. It had a good balance of sweetness that I think is absent from the more northern style phos available in Tokyo.

I really think this restaurant could be so perfect but I just had a few points that could be easily improved: The banh hoi was also delicious but could have come with either more vegetables or rice paper to make wraps (I think it's quite strange to serve banh hoi without being able to wrap it...) I wasn't given a chili as was shown in the menu. Perhaps this is a judgement based on my appearance, but if so they judged incorrectly. Music could be...

I really like this restaurant since it has many types of foods and drinks( such as Pho,nem,banh cuon,…) .Each of them has private taste ,but those are deserved to savour.In addition, the manager is hospitality and humbleness, she always smile with each visitor.Moreover,the services at this restaurant are very good ( Visitors must not wait long to enjoy dishes) and the space at this place is so dreamy. Made an unplanned stop here and was definitely satisfied. I've eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants (love their food!!) and this one was one of the best. Amazing Vietnamese flavors and the chef (owner?) was truly extremely nice and tried hard to communicate even though he didn't spoke English at all. Not to mention the prices are low.
