以前は店員さんが、チケットを席まで回収しに来ていた。しかし、出来上がり後に呼ばれる方式（チケットと引き換えに窓口で、品出し）に変更されていた。 チケットの提出後に、電光掲示板にチケット番号が表示されるまで待つ形式になっていた。 リニューアルオープンで壁向きのカウンターとテーブル席になっていたが、味に変わりはなさそう。 温かいほうじ茶、水などは機械に湯飲みをセットしてボタンをプッシュする。 いつも新しいメニューを提供してくれるが、それもこれも企業のコスト改善で提供できると思うので、このままの経営を続けて欲しい。 松弁ネットで注文するとポイントがつくということで、スマホにアプリを入れて会員登録し、注文してみました。会員登録したばかりたから良くなかったのか、スマホで、ペイペイ支払いを終えたあと、処理が進まずに、注文が店に届かなかった。でも、ペイペイの支払いはされているので店頭で店員さんにスマホを見せ説明し、商品を出してもらえた。ポイントはついていないので、後日松屋お客様サポートへ問い合わせすることを案内された。（店舗は作ることがメインで、ポ...
