I live part of the year in Tokyo every year and this particular Men-ya Tenho is one of the best ramen places in Tokyo. The portions are the largest I've had in Japan and the owner, who's also the cook, flame torches each slice of pork for a very nice slightly grilled flavor. Soup is just right. Flavorful, without being too oily. I've tried many different ramen restaurants in Japan and this is one of my two favorite ramen places.
