The apartment does not correspond in the slightest to what you could see in the advertisement and it was not cleaned properly. Also in places like the bathroom and the toilet. The very unpleasant smell of sewage in the toilet could not be ignored. I rather used public toilets than the one in that apartment. The Sofa was stained and not clean. All in all this apartment is smaller than it seems and you have not much space to move. Trying to get the water to stay hot is also very challenging.

There is also a construction site next to the apartment that makes an incredible amount of noise and the ventilation in the bathroom is constantly on and disturbing. They are building a hospital right there and this was going on for quite some time. The Owner of that apartment did not mention this at all.

Atleast the apartment was near a train station and you had free to use umbrellas, toothbrushes and combs. Check in was also...

Japanese style apartment, very small. It says fit for 6 but if you are 6 adults, it can be quite challenging. The bathroom and toilets are also tiny.

10 mins walk from Okubo station if you get the right exit. The place is not easy to find. No elevator so if you have big luggages, be prepared to carry them up the narrow staircase.

We also found a scrunchie under the bed, which means that they did not clean the apartment thoroughly before our arrival.

The place was clean. WiFi is good. Complete with basic needs. comfortable enough for 4 people to sleep. lots of charging spots. Response was quick, instructions were clear. Check in and out was easy. There are many train stations around the area within 10-15minutes walk. It is located in a residential area with a 24hour convenience store nearby. There is a small restaurant a few steps away from the place which serves yummy katsudon and ramen. No elevator but stayed at the 2nd floor, so...
