Read more青山一丁目の路地裏のラーメン屋さん。 様々な飲食店がお店を構える、ウィン青山ビルの一角にあります。 水炊きからヒントを得た濃厚な鶏白湯ラーメンが名物となっており、連日お客さんで賑わう人気店です。
メニューは名物の水炊き醤油ラーメンに加え、つけ麺や汁なし混ぜそばなどがラインナップ。 券売機で食券を購入するシステムですが、食券はキャッシュレスのみの対応となっており、現金のお客さんは紙で注文する形式のようです。
この日は水炊き醤油ラーメンと替え玉、さらにお茶漬けセット(合計1,090円)をオーダーしました。
水炊きのアイデアを活かしたラーメンというコンセプトに惹かれ、楽しみにしながら初訪問しました。
夜のオープン後すぐに行ったので、待ちなしで入ることができ、オーダーから5分ほどでラーメンが到着。
まずはお店こだわりのスープから一口。 一般的な鶏白湯ラーメンと比べて旨味が長続きする特徴があり、鶏を丸ごと感じられるような味わいが素晴らしいです。 麺はやや硬めの細麺で、スープとの相性もしっかりと考えられています。
