Horrible!!

If I could I wouldn't give it a star.

I had to go back and change my review after the 3rd night of my stay. The first night I didn't use the bed because I walked down to Roppongi and stayed out all night.

But after taking a nap bedding broke my skin out! At first I thought my skin was just dry, but the next day it got worse and I could sleep for about 30 minutes at a time. I woke up due to heat, feeling stiff from the hard bed, and being itchy.

On my 3rd night I ended up falling asleep from exhaustion and when I woke the side of my face that had touched the pillow was burning and itchy! Then it hit me that the bedding was breaking my skin out.

I don't know what they washed the bedding with but it made my skin itchy and I woke up due to heat every night.

Not to mention they didn't vacuum the room floor. I'm so displeased with the hotel.

-From my original post-

Pros The location

Cons The rooms are small and the bed is hard. Seriously, if you have a bad back that requires a very firm mattress then this will be great for you. Everyone else not so much.

Noise, expect to hear other people's conversations.

The thing that bothered me the most was how loosely shut the room door was. Even with the latch and deadbolt it raddled a bit. When people walked by. Japan is safe but that and hearing everything going on in the hallway was not my cup of tea. It sounded like the door was going to open a few times but it didn't.

The bedding breaking out my skin!!!

The bathroom smelled horrible everyday even after they cleaned it because they never...

Located fairly central in Tokyo with short distance to metro station this is a good choice for people on a budget as this is one of the cheaper hotels centrally located and still very quiet. The staff is friendly and service-minded. You have free wi-fi here that works well. Breakfast is not free but you have plenty of places outside the hotel where you can get cheap food. Every afternoon, after 3 pm, you can get one free bottle if water in the reception. ||||You have to expect a small room. Even worse, a very small bathroom. I understand it is common in Tokyo but this was too small. I had to have the door open when sitting on the toilet (average sized European). Showering was also difficult without splashing water all over the (small) room. ||The hotel has various items for rent if you need it, like nail cutter, air moisturizer, umbrella and more. Do take care of the room card. If you lose it you have to pay for it. ||Do buy 24 or 72 hours metro card online before arriving. It will save you some money and time at the metro stations. Note that this cannot be used on the JR line where separate tickets have to be bought (only max 24 hours tickets). ||Tokyo is a fun and interesting city that offers something for every taste. Experiencing a hotel like this is a part of the package! ||PS. Remember to walk on the left side so you don’t confuse the japanese too much. They are very organized (which...

Tokyo! Ginza!! Just checked out of a 3-person room for ¥600 😭 Totally worth it!

By far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. From the outside you know it's not going to be fancy, but it looks okay. When you're in the lobby, it's the same thing. When you get to the room, it's a completely different story. The room was disgusting and looks like it hasn't been updated since the hotel opened. There weren't even enough wall outlets either. There were 2 that were available to use, neither of which were next to the beds. Additionally, for the price to stay one night, I'd expect complementary parking, or at least discounted. Parking was ¥2200. I would never stay here again nor recommend anyone else do. FYI... The hallway ceilings were low as well. If you are just slightly taller than the average person, you will touch the ceiling.

The room was really nice and the staff memes are professional and polite. I don’t really have any complaints other than the price of the breakfast buffet. It was a little expensive for what it included. No waffles, pancakes, or French toast.
