Coming from the US I’ve had excellent Mexican and Latin American food all my life. Otra was hands down the best I’ve had in Japan.
The tacos were great. Fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, beef and chicken, cheese, black beans on a warm tortilla. Fantastic.
Then came the chicken and zucchini enchiladas in mole sauce. Hold on to your chair cause the flavor just blasted off! Next time in just going to order the mole sauce on everything.
Two entrees and two cocktails came to an externally reasonable ¥4000. We sat on the veranda and enjoyed the city views with our meal.

The authentic wooden entrance door sets the mood, and is a truly great idea ! You have the option between sitting inside and the Veranda, which is always great.
