Super Friendly Welcome and Customer Service. The most amazing, beautiful selection of clothing and accessories I've seen in a long time. After trying on a number of pairs of denim jeans it became apparent my height would prevent me from being able to make a suitable purchase here sadly of what I hunted out this series of three stores for. However I did leave with a stunning denim jacket Adorned with hand embroidered yellow bananas. This is something that will never be seen on the streets of U.K that's for sure. I nearly blew the entire credit card budget on some suede boots with yellow leather smiley faces for heels. Handcrafted and absolutely stunning. Everything I touched felt like high quality cloth and had been made with care and attention. I was given a customer award card even though I was clearly a visiting foreigner and provided with the highest customer service. Shown out of each store and handed my purchases once outside. What a shame we cannot provide service or a shopping experience like...

I didn’t know that the store had a basement when I walked in, it was a pleasant surprise when they invited me to check it out. Each Kapital store really has their own charm, if you enjoy the brand you should check out each store. They’re only 5 minutes away from each other anyway 😝

As mentioned earlier Luke & Taiki were very helpful. They let me try on a bunch of pieces and checked inventory at other Kapital stores if there were any other sizes available. They provided suggestions and brought similar pieces from the back that they thought I would like. I ended up going for the TRI-P wool coat! Such a nice piece, I might even go back there to get the inner liner hehe.

I had an amazing experience shopping here . The store has a great selection of high-quality clothing, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The sales assistant was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy and really took the time to understand my style preferences. I left with pieces I absolutely love and felt so comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for great clothes and even better customer service!
