The food was okay, naan was little bit too sweet for me. But we didn't know that you have to pay tax in this restaurant, which we found out when paying. They just charged us more than the price of food itself and than when i tried to find out why, they told us about the tax. Maybe i misread the menu (i havent read about it anywhere there tho), but we didnt pay tax anywhere...

ここはネパール国旗を看板に掲げているネパールの料理人の店だ。 したがってネパールのチベット仏教であり、イスラム教の豚肉のタブーはない。 ネパール料理の名物はΓモモ」、中国から伝来した小籠包のような肉シュウマイであり、お坊さん用にベジタリアンもあるが、おそらくは中国の冷凍品を使っているのだろう。 カレーもネパール人の店が安くできるのは、CoCo壱番屋と同じで、ルーだけ業務用の缶詰を使い、具材は別にストックする方法を用いているからだ。 サイゼリヤのようなセントラルキッチンがないのだから、カフェ飯が実は冷凍食材だとか、町中華の裏を探るようなことは言いたくないが、安さには大人の事情や理由があるということ。 だからジャイヒンドのようにイチからスパイスとハーブを調合する正統インドの店もあり、ネパールの店もある。 しかし、ルーに手間をかけていない彼らはマトン肉は多めだ。 大ぶり４切れ、これに飲み物が付く🅱️セットで1,056円。 店は狭いが減点の必要はない。 日本に定着するなら、この国と人も愛してもらいたい。 中国の華僑はかつて中華料理を引っ提げて世界に進出した。ネパール人はインド文化の恩恵で、その...
