Noodle shop Sen — Restaurant in Tokyo

we tried going to this place a few times but it was closed, once they are sold out for the time periods (lunch and dinner) they close, so the time that is shown on google maps is not guaranteed.

we came here for lunch! i had the tsukemen and it was really delicious. the broth was rich and flavourful, and the noodles themselves had a lovely chewy texture. the chashu was soft and fatty, and i really liked the tamago as well. the portions are quite large, so unfortunately i couldn't finish it because i was too full. however i really enjoyed my meal and it was hearty comfort food. ^^ the old man running the place was also kind and...

I love Tsukemen and my favorite store in the state closed so I try to eat as much as I can while I’m in Japan. I searched Tsukemen and this restaurant popped up. We arrived there and honestly, it looked like the store was closed, but I opened the door and the owner was very welcoming. We order 3 Tsukemen, 2 dried soba. The food was good, a little salty to my preference. He gave us A LOT of noodles we barely finished it, cha Su is very tender. We pretty much enjoy him cooking in the open kitchen, there are so many flavors that he puts in the foods. He’s an adorable elder so please be patient, I’ll come back when I visit Japan...

2024.5.24/19:30 本日は、時間的にお客は自分だけ。 その後は来店客も無く暖簾下げ２０時閉店。 店主と女性店員とのツーオペ カウンター周りが驚くほど奇麗になって快適でした。 体調不良で夜の開店が不安定でしたが、大分安定してきました。 しかし以前の件があるので夜は空いてる模様です。 チャーシュー切れで早仕舞いあるかもですが、基本的に ２０時迄は開店しているとの事。 でもまだまだ開店ギャンブルの可能性あります。 ラーメンは安定の美味しさです。

2023.10.19/11:50 定休日 水曜日 昼は11:30〜13:00位 夜は基本的にはOPENしたいが体調次第らしい。 本日は、外6人待ち12:20で営業終了。気温が高く、つけ麺の注文多数、チャーシュー切れ。 つけ麺はデフォルトであのデカイチャーシューじゃ無くなるよ 久しぶりの２人体制、たまにしか手伝い出来ないとの事。 美味しかった。ご自愛してながく営業続けてください。

2023.8.18/12:00 店舗がお盆3連休後の昼。家族連れが多く、平日なのに満席。入店待ち5人、チャーシュー在庫切れで12:20閉店。 夜営業無し。再び店主ワンオペになって大変そう、火気フル回転でエアコン効かず。近所なので食するチャンスがあるが、遠方のは大変だと思う。でも、店主にはご自愛して、ながく続けてほしい。

2023.6.5/18:00 店主の腰痛が良くなり、右肘の神経痛は有るが、基本２人体制で、定休日の水曜以外、昼は通常営業、夜は２０時迄営業。チャーシューの在庫次第で早仕舞い有り。 食券機修理完了。食券ボタンが下に移動しただけ。 ６月より１００円値上げです。 それでも安いけど。２人だし。

2022.3 ８年前よりお世話になっております。店主は基本的にweb等やらないので、スマホやメールは使えますが googleの店舗紹介 やクチコミなど知りません。最新情報ですが、長く腰痛を患っており、悪化すると夜営業は困難で、今は昼営業で限界らしく、月曜日、木曜日は昼のみ、水曜日は定休日。腰の調子で営業日でも夜は出来ないそうです。張り紙も電話も無いので、地元民でもほぼ幻ラーメンです。店主は人柄もよく、ご自愛して、永く営業してほしいです。ちなみにつけ麺の注文が多い日はチャーシューが品切れで早く閉まります。 追記 2023.5.12...
