PARK COFFEE — Restaurant in Tokyo

I'll come back when I'm in the area! ☕️The coffee was great! I got the local Oimachi blend. I had it as part of the sandwich set, which usually comes as a medium but I upgraded to a large. 🥪The dry curry sandwich was nice! A nice curry flavor and a bit of cheese. It was perhaps a bit over-toasted but I didn't mind. ⏰When it's busy, they'll come to you after an hour and as you to order more or give up your seat. When I went, it was just a bit busy, so they didn't ask me for almost 2 hours. (This was great! Some Tokyo cafes are strict about their time limit even when it's empty.) 💁‍♀️The staff was friendly, and they seem to value community! Partnerships with a beer brewery and some DIY craft...

Came across this cafe while stopping in Oimachi and can appreciate the modern, aesthetic vibes this shop provides in an alleyway nestled between old buildings in an area with mainly commercial chain coffee distributors. The atmosphere is a bit small but there was free wifi which was nice. However I ordered some coffee beans to-go and wasn't too impressed by the quality of my beans -- for beans being advertised as a fruity, medium roast, it was extremely dark and I could taste the lingering after taste of burnt flavors. Otherwise the desserts looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to try them....

I came to get a quick coffee and a sweet and this place delivered. The iced coffee was really good, and I enjoyed the sweetness of the brew. I opted for a canele as well, which was served warm from the toaster. This was always nice, and being warm hit the spot. The presentation was cute as well. The store has a nice takeout window as well, making to go orders a breeze. Cool space and...
