I am French and I can tell it is Delicious - Breads are excellent they are crispy like in France and a bit burnt. They have many various breads. If is very good. We have too many brioche in France but japanese people dont like breads with sugar. Like melon cake for lunch. I think it is a very good selection . It is good that bread set. I would like to suggestion some ideas. There are many vegetables pie in france like Onion, zukkini with feta parmesan cheese, Salmon with spinach, tuna with tomato cheddar cheese, I think japanese people would like french cakes like far breton prune, clafoutis with cherry, flan coco, baba raspberry - I know french bakers work in your bakery- Marc is a expert to bake bread ..🥖 It is always crowded maybe we can add some tables outside or build more space in the future 🤞. It is without a doubt that this shop uses quality ingredients and is really careful about what they use IN their breads. You can tell there are a lot of discerning customers that are regulars here. It has a pretty good reputation in the area.

I think they have a fine sourdough starter that gave the bread. Wonderful flavor, nutty and chewy texture! Like others mentioned, the staff here are not particularly friendly and the bread I had with my breakfast set it was slightly burnt. This shop tends to bake their breads a bit darker than other shops. I kind of regret eating in the rustic ambiance shop - I think it's probably better to get takeout.

Had an amazing breakfast at this place. Atmosphere is very inviting, everything is made of wood and there’s a fire stove which is actually used, so the place has this magnificent smoky smell. It’s also super cozy to sit by the stove and be gently warmed. Grilled vegetables sandwiches with the bread of your own choosing were ridiculously good.
