Ramen Chikinto — Restaurant in Tokyo

Great little ramen shop making something a little different. Fish(not a strong fish taste, quite subtle and delicious) based soup with chicken meat on top. Offer a variety of ramen + tsukemem(think soup for dipping noodles in), or with soba noodles to choose from.

Food is 5 star - really great! Highly recommend it, but the only thing is it’s a small shop so you’ll probably need to wait and they also seem to take a little longer to prepare each bowl that other ramen shops. So just make sure you have time for that.

Small shop with a bar stand only so I had to wait a bit because the place was full. There is no English I think, but there are pictures of the dishes, so you can match the picture with the text on the machine and/or use google translate.

The dish itself was great! Delicious chicken Ramen, the tastiest one I had so far in Tachikawa area. Watching them grilling the chicken a bit with a blow torch was a nice touch.

今回お邪魔したのは立川駅から徒歩3分程の所にあるこちら。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ 店内は6.7席とこじんまりとしながらも地元のファンの心を掴んで離さない油そばが有名と知人から伺い、今回初訪問。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ 営業時間は 11:30〜15:00 17:30〜21:00 の月曜休みと典型的に有名店にありがちな中休みパティーン。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ 激暑の猛暑日だったが外待ち4組と流石の人気っぷり。 AM11:30過ぎに並びだして着丼は12:09。 2オペで席数7席ならまぁこんなもんだろう。 ⁡ 油そば¥800はこのご時世ありがたい気がする。 ¥50で海苔3枚もトッピングしてオーダー。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ 太いメンマに刻み葱、刻みチャーシューと半熟の味玉、中央には刻み葱とは別に白髪葱がのっており、ガーリックチップが散らされている。 ガーリックチップは流石に中国産かな？多少揚げた際の苦味を感じてしまったが、それ以外はこだわりを感じるトッピングだった。 ⁡ ベースは醤油味のカエシに鶏油をふんだんに使用されている印象。 こねくり回して全体に味を行き渡らせたら勢いよく啜る。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ほぉ、想像より食べやすく、食べる事に具材がしっかり絡んでくる印象。 職場の近くにあったらハマるかも。 ⁡ ガーリックの代わりのタネが他に選択肢などであれば寄り良いかもなんて思ったが、¥800で提供していただいてるので文句は言えないなぁ。 ベースしっかりしてるしマヨネーズで誤魔化しているようなよくあるまぜそばスタイルではなく、しっかりカエシで勝負されている印象を持った。 いいねぇ。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ごちそうさまでした！ また伺います。 ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ⁡ ▼Instagram▼ 【@party....
