Had a great experience here. They have done well making it feel rustic but with class. Price is slightly higher than your usual ramen shop - but worth going. Service was quick, less than 10min wait for 3 of us to get a seat for a Saturday lunch. Ramen is great, nice thick noodles. Tantanmen is great option if you like a less soupy option. This ramen shop is a gem. Not big and has a limited number of seats. It has an atmosphere that focuses on the ramen which even includes a spotlight. The chicken soup ramen has a slightly creamy texture. I personally wish they had a chicken chashu option. The noodles are on point as well as the crispness of the vegetables. 封切り間もない映画鑑賞後、遅いlunch❗ 混雑する立川駅北口から南口へ。通り沿いで目立つ看板を発見し14:40入店。入口の券売機でチケットを購入。 ・塩味玉ラーメン 1250円 ・牛スジ丼 500円 を注文。
