This ramen shop near Kachidoki Station is a hidden gem!

I tried their special ramen for 1,500¥, and it was so delicious with a big portion. My boyfriend had the salt ramen, and it was also really good. The duck was soft, and the noodles were cooked perfectly.

Ordering is simple—you just use the machine at the entrance. They also have free cold green tea for self-service, which is nice. The atmosphere is cozy, with relaxing café-style music. There are only 8 seats, so it might get busy during lunch or dinner, but it wasn’t crowded when we went.

I’d love to come back and try other ramen! Highly recommend...

サイドメニューには 海鮮吉井丼、鴨チャーシューつくね丼など こちらも美味しそうですね。

店内は日本小料理屋や天ぷらを彷彿とする割烹店的な雰囲気。 お冷は緑茶。黒い紙エプロンも備えています。

店内はスタッフ2名 テボを上げれば配膳です ＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿ 🟦感想 ￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣ スープは醤油の旨味が強いフルボディタイプの醤油ダレ コク深い味わいで熟成さを感じます。 塩気や酸味などはなく鴨出汁の邪魔はしませんね。 出汁は京鴨オンリーというシンプルな味わい 後口に鴨の風合いが邪魔されず広がります。 シングル出汁のいいところはこのアフターに広がる味わいのスムースさにあると思ってます。 鴨油が多めに入りラーメンさを演出しています

麺は自家製の低加水の細麺ストレート 全粒粉で小麦の詰まり感じる蕎麦ナイズな味わいですね この手の和風アプローチなラーメンには必然的に合うでしょう

鴨チャーは滋味深いコクがありますね。 ネギは白髪ねぎが白い部分と緑の部分があって目にも鮮やか メンマは細くてネギと麺に入り込んできました

Staff were very friendly. Owner took the time to explain and translate the menu on the vending machine for us. We took 3 different ramens and once the owner noticed that we were tasting each other’s ramen, they gave us 3 extra small bowls. Overall a very cosy and nice atmosphere. All 3 ramens were flavourful and value for money....
