From the list of the big family restaurants in Japan (ファミレス), it's the clear expensive option. But don't let that stop you. In exchange they try to serve kind of premium dishes (such as including kuroge-wagyū on their menu), and the price acts as a magnificent filter to avoid weird and annoying clients during your stay, making it the perfect place to conduct interviews for your papa-katsu activities.

I think the best thing about this place is the location - it's near the equestrian part and there is a broad leafy area that leads to a park where you can park your bike. There is also a car park around the other side. The atmosphere inside is nice, it's a lovely building and the view out to the trees is appreciated.
