Saizeriya — Restaurant in Tokyo

This used to be a very cheap restaurant, but then they started raising the prices. When they couldn’t raise them any further, they significantly lowered the quality of the food, also removing free cheese and similar extras.

Now, the prices seem affordable, but to get full, you’ll end up spending as much or more than at a decent restaurant by ordering one or more substantial dishes.

In this particular restaurant, they play Italian music, and there are plenty of free seats. However, the food, like in many other places, is very mediocre, to say the least. Surprisingly, the most eatable item in menu was the onion soup with cheese.

We tried the pasta. The taste is decent although the serving size was on the smaller side in my opinion. A single plate may not suffice for one person. Also unlike few other restaurants there is no bread served with the pasta.

Second visit. Tried the cream of corn Soup and the buffalo cheese pizza. The quantity is less but taste is good. Also took drink thinking it free which is not the case. So had to get the bill corrected. I tried all their vegetarian pasta and liked the single buffalo cheese to the best. Doria is also tasty.

I can recommend the doria and pizza. They really worth the price! All the foods come out together not so long after ordering. You have to take your drink and some sauce at the mini bar by yourself. A good place to hangout with your friends and fams but please be considerate to others. Last time I went here, the table besides me speak like they are the owner...
