Saten Japanese Tea — Restaurant in Tokyo

Dear Saten, I came with Japanese female adult. I was cafehopping ordering pudding with very little matcha taste and so is the matcha latte. It's overrated. Don't let the color trick you, yet of course the atmosphere has been nice. This is my 2nd time, I was hoping my first was wrong but nope. It is worse (worst), as when I was going to order, the male cashier staff wasn't that nice, my Japanese even felt it. 2 persons has to order 2 drinks even I ordered 1 pudding. So I ordered 1 pudding and 1 latte. I planed to spend and ulavtually spent less than 5 min. My Japanese female was sitting waiting outside which wasn't allowe as J staff said customers were coming. It was not full at all. Pls consider my feedback. We both felt the matcha at the previous was even better. Sincerely, review the taste with honesty and sincerity even unhappy with the policy and service at one staff. Didn't get receipt and overpriced...

Really nice place. The decoration is cute and stylish, with rustic wooden furnitures. I tried the matcha pudding and a seasonal citric tea soda. Both very good. The pudding really tasted like matcha, with a soft texture, and the drink was like a bitter soda with an iced tea aftertaste. If you go at the weekend, you’ll probably have to write your name on a list and wait a bit until there’s a table available. In this moment, as a measure for COVID-19, you can stay on your table for no more than 60 minutes. You can sit inside the place or at some tables outside, at the entrance.
