If you're looking for a date night or just a good night of food and drinks, Spring Valley Brewery is definitely a good option. I made reservations online the day before we were planning to go and put down to seat us with friends who would be making separate reservations. Unfortunately, they weren't able to join us and Spring Valley Brewery actually called us to double check on our friend's reservation as they did not see them submit it. Even before our actual meal, the service was outstanding. Our reservation was at the latest time they offered, which was 7PM. We chose Sunday night and saw that it wasn't as packed as we thought which was great to know for the future. Through our reservation, we had already chosen the T-bone course for 2 people and the waiter we had came over to double check that we still wanted that option. He also mentioned they had an all-you-can-drink beer option for 2 hours that cost ¥2500 per person. Unfortunately, everyone has to be on the AYCD plan or you can't get it. I do wish they would change up their policy so that they can offer the AYCD option to part of a group instead of doing an all or nothing type of situation. Regarding food, everything was phenomenal aside from the steak. My favorite appetizer is definitely the potato salad with smoked mackerel. Kale salad was bright and balanced. Steak was actually a bit underwhelming. Flavor-wise, it was great along with the tenderloin section. However, the strip loin section was grisly and I actually had to spit out part of a bite because it was just too tough to get through. As the main course, it was a bit sad to see that it wasn't that great, especially for the price. Dessert was delicious and we were each able to choose which dessert we wanted. Calculating the 2 T-bone course dinners plus 4 alcoholic beverages, our grand total was around ¥17,500. It was good food, but the steak wasn't mind-blowing enough to spend that type of money here again.

My husband and I (we are from Malaysia) have been to SVB before the pandemic 3 times and on May 2023, it was our 4th time. Beer flights set have changed since then but we didn't order it this time around. We ordered the F2H2F, Juicy Hop, Daikanyama session ale and AfterDark. I will highly recommend the AfterDark, still the best and has a good body with nice chocolate/coffee aftertaste. The newer F2H2F is pretty good too while the other two were just okay. For food, we got the Filet Mignon where the meat is tender and it was just normal but the sauces that came with it were great. The other food we had is the smoked lamb chops... which is really delicious. The butter that comes with it is amazing! I would prefer the mint sauce to be more minty as it was too mild. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant, clean and spacious. We didn't make any reservation and just walk-in at 5pm on a Wednesday late noon, as I know they usually will not be fully booked at that timing. We thought sitting inside will be cooler but it felt really warm so we opted to sit at the terrace outside and it was really nice. The guy at the reception told us that seating or dining time is only 2 hours, which is fine since we normally don't eat so long anyway. English menu is available and the waitress that attended to us was very sweet and friendly, and speaks English well. Advisable to make a reservation online first before going. Overall, I will highly recommend the Smoked Lamb Chops (the best food I've tasted so far from SVB after a few times) and AfterDark beer.

Local brewery and restaurant. Food is actually pretty tasty. I loved everything - the pizza, the meet, vegetables and pickles. Was not really fond of the beer, though. There're positions to choose from, but everything we chose was pretty much the same. I am not the biggest fan of beers, so might be wrong about this one. Food was on our tables very fast. And I love cure waited-robots 💓 What I didn't like is the waiting time and how slowly staff works. There's almost no "team work" among the personnel. There were empty unreserved tables, but we still waited for edges for them. And I am not sure why, but the whole second floor was empty while we had to wait in line for 30 minutes 🤔 Is there a different store? So, I definitely recommend to make a reservation in advance. Oh, and it's hard to make a waiter to notice you. When we finally managed to ask for a check we waited for it 15 minutes more (as well as the coffee, which was ready, but noone cared to bring it to us). …. UPD. We visited yesterday. Beer was great, no seat-reservation need. Food tasty. I had an issue with the toilets… so dirty. The garbage was on the floor in every stall 😔
