スターバックス武蔵小金井駅に自転車置き場を作ってください。仕事前にスタバに来るのが習慣になっていて、自転車は必需品で カスタマーのために自転車置き場を作ってください。

自転車を乗ってここに来ることにより、コミュニティの人々によって嫌がらせを受けています。

我々はこれまでスターバックスnonowaの売り上げに貢献してきました。市やコミュニティの方と交渉するなど、自転車を使うカスタマーのことを考えてくれませんか。

回答が得られなければ、ボイコットなど行うことも考えています。

The experience itself at Starbucks is okay, but the Partners aren't receptive and tone-deaf about the community that supports this retail location. In fact, this retail location is* the reason that there's thriving businesses...

City Of Koganei and Starbucks Japan needs to know that profits and control isn't just a one-way thing. WE pay GOOD MONEY and PAY TAXES for the needs of the community.

Bicycles are essential to get around, but there's no *reasonable, *close parking with the number of cars and buses around the area. Please don't make excuses. Respect your customers and your city constituents. None of this would exist without it.

The workers resembles not-unlike a cult--perhaps six workers running around in a maze so small through three years of pandemic would...make you crazy also?!?! 笑

Oh, and just because you wear a Black Apron doesn't make you *better than a green one. Remember, you work at the McDonald's of coffee. Your Star Skills are terrible, maybe you should get a life and maybe look into the true values of a cafe--not just have...

日本人は「おもてなし」の文化で有名ですが、やはりどこでも例外はありますね。私はスターバックスのメニューが好きなので、数日ごとに一度寄ることがあります。おかげさまで、スタッフの皆さんもほぼ全員私の顔を覚えてくれました。スタッフの方々はほとんど親切で、いつも気持ちよく利用させていただいています。

しかし、残念ながら一部のスタッフの対応に納得がいかないこともあります。それでも何度も我慢して何も言わずに過ごしてきましたが、やはり何も言わないと気づいてもらえないようですね。

スタッフの中に、メガネをかけて髪が短い方がいらっしゃいますが、その方の態度がいつも良くありませんでした。これまで何度も我慢してきましたが、正直限界を感じています。この店舗にはかなりの回数訪れていますが、その方には少なくとも3回以上注文をお願いしたことがあります。しかし、どの時も丁寧な対応をしていただいたとは言い難いです。

今日はついに言葉を発することなく、何らかの手振りで対応されました。正直その意味がわかりません。私は聴覚に問題はなく、これまで手話を習ったこともありません。そのため、他のスタッフの方々と同じように、きちんとした接客の言葉で対応していただけるとありがたいです（砕けた言葉ではなく、接客に適した表現をお願いします）。
