I came across negative reviews about Starbucks in Japan at least a few times before, and I am going to write one by myself this time.
Staff's quality is getting noticeably lower these days. That is the case at this store, too. They don't get my order. I have to repeat myself or rephrase exactly the way they understand. Managers take up the table for themselves to talk about their own business. Some staff don't even bother to greet customers.

I was planning to use the drive through, and the parking staff insisted that it would be impossible to turn into the Starbucks, as their parking lot was full. I told him many times that I am using the drive through, and he insisted it will take 30min before cars move forward in the drive through, so I should just forget about using the Starbucks drive through. He would not let me turn into the Starbucks from the Main Street, until I pointed out to him that all of the cars in the drive through line were moving forward (20sec was a lot faster than his 30min statement). It almost seemed like this parking staff member was intentionally hurting potential drive through customer sales by not allowing cars to turn into the Starbucks location from the Main Street. The Starbucks drive through/parking lot is also connected with the neighboring store’s parking lot, so he is also blocking customers from turning and entering for the other store.
