I fell in love with this tiny museum , built in a section of a family house. The cute grandma and her daughter has curated her grand father’s amazing work in bringing world kid’s stories to Japan . The illustrations are very beautiful, the original art is so captivating and definitely Kawaii! Every element is unique. I came across Aladdin , Alice in wonderland , Peter Pan .
I feel very fortunate to be able to find such gems. The grandma ( she is very cool and kind) told me about glorious work of her father and feeling so proud of it. I can totally relate .
She is an artist too , don’t forget to ask her about the collection boxes she has crafted. They are beautiful.
It’s free , please visit and support this family owned museum. They have small collections for sale ( postcards, original paintings , art work )
Note : it’s open only on Friday...

I really...
