This was our first meal in Japan and we were not disappointed. We accidentally ordered on the takeout machine and didn’t realize we bought our meal as take out. We thought it was one of those machines where you order and pay ahead of time before being seated. The second time we went we ate dine in. So to all foreigners coming to visit take note! You just find an empty seat and there is an iPad on each table. You will order your meal on the iPad and it has English options to. Then your food arrives with a ticket. After you finish your meal. You bring this ticket to the cash register and then you can pay for your meal....

レモネードスカッシュのメガサイズ480円を頼んだら、メガではなくてシングルサイズのレモネード🍋１個分のレモンしか入れずにメガサイズを作って渡された。

すき家相談室的な所に確認した所、本当はメガサイズだとレモネードを2個分入れなくてはいけないところ１個しか入れずに作った事をカメラで確認してくれた。

そして480円の返金をネット上で受けた。

最終的には謝ってくれたけど、相談室的な所の担当者の感じもとても悪くて凄くイライラしてしまった。

暑い中わざわざレモネードスカッシュを買いに行ったのに本当にザンネンな結果になった。

同じすき家でも、フタッフの質によってここまで差が出るんですね。とにかく、ここは酷い。 コロナどうこう言われている世の中で、 手が空いてるのに食った後の皿は下げない。 オーダーもまともに取れない。

一番混む夕食どきにシフトが薄くて水も出せないくらいなら、 水はセルフ式にしてくれ自分でやるから。

夜6〜7時の夕食時にキッチン・ホール一人ずつしかいないのか 呼び出しボタン押してもオーダー取りに来ない 「少々お待ちください」の声すらなし。 早く他店舗で導入してるオーダーするタブレット導入してくれ。

すき家はワンオペで大炎上した過去をもう忘れたらしい。 一人が二人になればいいわけではない。 混雑にふさわしい人員を配置しろ。 食事時に長時間待たされるファスト...

まぁ、普通…。 結構、混雑していたけど淡々と こなしていました。 また、対応は早くオーダーして から着丼までスムーズでした。 頂いたのは 牛丼(大盛)3点セット ・牛丼 ・生たまご ・お新香 ・味噌汁 この店舗は朝方、早い時間帯に お邪魔すると、ご近所のオジ様 達やタクシードライバーに囲ま れての朝食になります。 また、お邪魔した時はよろしく お願い致します<(_ _)> ごちそうさまです。

この辺りでは唯一専用パーキングがある牛丼屋さんです。日中はタクシーの駐車占有率が高く途切れる事が無いかと思う位タクシーの運転手さんが食事に入店されてます。全部タクシーが占めてたりするのでカラフルで目に止まります。 個人的には最近はすき家が美味しくて食べやすいかな。年に何度か食べたくなります。 ネギ玉牛丼に豚汁の組み合わせが気に入ってます。夏限定のウナ牛も良いですね！
