Amazing chef with over 20 years of experience. Chef Mizuno delivers the best service and personable experience for his guests. Very knowledgeable & passionate in his work. He is very great!!!

We had an exceptional time at Sushi Mizuno. Fresh and exquisite sushi. Beautiful restaurant with thoughtful plating and presentation.

My group was 4 of us. It’s hard to book for a group of 3+. We are lucky. During our experience, we had sake, an amazing 10-course omakase, & a fantastic time talking to Chef Mizuno. Our highlights are the uni, anago, & yellowtail!! Honorable mention to the toro!!!

I really appreciate the chef effort to manage the restaurant by his own alone !! The atmosphere is intimate. If you know Japanese , he will tell u many of his stories and comment on every dishes . The special of this restaurant is, he doesn’t put a lot of vinegar on sushi rice , you can taste the real fish taste! They offer nice sake to pair with these dishes !
