WARNING: THIS IS LONG
It was once commented that Kiwi Kitchen is a vegan cafe. Though I am not vegan, I do have an intolerance towards dairy and to a certain extent, eggs. So I was eager to go to Kiwi Kitchen only to find out that it isn’t a vegan cafe. It’s not my style to just turn around and walk out. Instead I asked if there was anything on the menu that could be prepared without the milk or cream. To my surprise, she had a coconut milk-based curry that I could try. It was so good! Since my friends really like Kiwi Kitchen, they always want to go. I always struggle to find something I can eat here. DON’T LET THIS COMMENT DETER YOU! Check out Kiwi Kitchen if in the area. My friends: the food is delicious (a roll and some dessert photos below); ME: yes, I agree when I can eat something. I commend them on their service and trying to accommodate the needs of their customers. The service is fast and smooth. The staff works well together in such a small space. The orders are put in and in less than 10 minutes, in front of the customer. There were 12 of us today and only one tiny mishap on ONE order. Amazing, right?! They are busy but it doesn’t look rushed at all. It’s a very comfortable place to lunch—if you can get a seat😊 Today it seemed that I wasn’t going to find anything on the menu to eat but when I asked for something to be adjusted with no milk, cheese or cream, from the kitchen came the chef with an option of chickpea masala with rice (photo). I was in!! It was delicious! I don’t think I’ll be able to get something each time, but I am grateful for the times they have accommodated me....

Place was in absolute chaos.
So many customers around looked very, very disgruntled, and the Japanese lady who was in charge looked like she was having an absolute meltdown because the guy who was standing in the corner couldn't figure out who to give the food to.
It was like every time we saw an order dropped off, there were mistakes.
So when it became evident that we wouldn't be served (or eat) for a very long time we left and had lunch up the road.
Came back later when it was quieter and got takeaway.
The brownie was amazing, the sausage roll was good, but a little salty for me. But I will be back. As a Kiwi myself, I am obligated to come back and try the pies. (Sold...
Read moreAndrew handled all my requests online in a professional and friendly manner. I ordered food for my end of year party for 12 kids and 3 adults. The food arrived on time and delivery staff waited patiently when I had to go to the 1F to escort him to our party. He set-up everything and checked it was satisfactory before leaving. The food is ALWAYS delicious and I've attended many events at business parties, Embassy events, as well as preschools which use Kiwi Kitchen catering. No one does it...
