One of the best Sushi omakase I had in Japan and the US!

The most unique element and highlight of the omakase here is sushi rice, there are three different types of rice being served, and it’s by far the highest quality and rich flavored vinegar rice I ever had, just perfect!
The Nigiri doesn’t look the fanciest compared to a 3 star Michelin restaurant, but tastes as good! I had the best squid, sea urchin, white shrimp, and Spanish mackerel here! The fresh wasabi is also awesome!
