Tann-Ya — Restaurant in Tokyo

Not sure if they have menu in English. All are written in Japanese.

I came for their sambal tantanmen and I ordered immediately. Since I came at night, there are some services we can pick and I picked upsize to large size.

The spiciness is not torturing even hits the right spot. Not too spicy but you can still feel the spiciness. I like the noodle texture which is not too thick, chewy, not firm. The soup is also not making you feeling sick after eating it too much. I didn't feel the strong flavor of MSG also which is usually found in a Tantan men place.

the portion was filling for its price. i liked the atmosphere. i ordered ジャージャー麺 (ja ja noodles?), picture attached to this review. it comes with one customizable side dish, so i went for wantan. the wantan honestly was tasteless, but otherwise the main dish itself was tasty. will visit again to try out other stuff...

Really good food and very friendly service. They have an English menu and the waitress spoke some English so we didn't have any problems ordering. We ate dinner with our children (19 months and 6 years old) and we all enjoyed our food very much. I will definitely recommend the...
