Really loved this place until today. Visited here for my daughter’s birthday and it surprisingly wasn’t what we’re accustomed to.

Food: Wife and myself ordered the chicken lunch, and as usual, we requested for the Friday’s special glazed sauce. It’s either they mixed too much water on the sauce, or they just gave up preparing it like they used too. It was too thin, too little and didn’t taste anything like the usual Friday’s Special sauce.

French Fries, I’ll let the video explain how it’s like. But for people who can’t see the video, it was a combination of brittle and hard, hollow inside, and tasted like it has been in the kitchen for a while. Old.

When I asked the staff why the fries was like that and different from usual, she responded like, it differs depending on where it was ordered from. Which I know is a lie because it’s clearly old.

Really disappointed.

Service: The service staff, i believe he was the manager, he placed my plate and my wife’s plate on the table like he was mad about something, with a considerably loud clank thatI almost asked him if he had a problem with us, not sure if he meant to do that, but he wasn’t smiling.

The only good thing is we’ve got a birthday song from the manager for my daughter. Probably not going to return for a while until we forget this...

First time eating at this location. Located on the 5th floor of Ariake Gardens. I got there right after opening and there were a few people already eating. The staff were courteous, quick, and helpful. My one star does not reflect upon them. My one star reflects on the horrible food. I have been dying for good old fashioned bad American junk food so I ordered Fried Mozzarella Sticks and Chicken Fingers. Sadly what I got was MICROWAVED mozzarella rectangles and a sweet glazed chicken platter. I can say with no doubt that the mozzarella was the worst I have ever had. The sweet glazed chicken isn’t even as good as I can get in the store down the street from me. Very dissatisfied with this menu. I will go back to try other items but if they are anything like what I had today I won’t be going back to any TGI Fridays in...

As an English speaker ordering food can be intimidating in japan but they have english on the menu. The staff here was very accommodating and patient with me trying to order in a mixture of English and my limited Japanese. The wait time was 30 minute,but the time went quickly. The manager communicated with us the whole time.

that we ate here two days in a row. Each time the servers were efficient and kind. Our food was satisfying. On our first night they had sold out of the brownie obsession for dessert( it's a busy location.) I came back the next day with my children and was very surprised the manager remembered us and remembered to tell me that they had the brownie obsession on that day. That was very thoughtful.
