Worse hotel I had ever experienced. I already checked in late in evening. I booked for two rooms. One of them smell like dead fish and the room was not clean up. I went down to complained to counter. They told me why not paid some money to upgrade ! I told them, why they can’t give me a proper room I had booked ? By then, out of no choice , they gave me another room. I open it and smell full of cigarette smell. I again went down to the front counter and told them, I booked for none smoking room and that counter boy insist it was a non-smoking room ! I told him why not you go up with me and check ! If that room is not a smoking room, I take the room without any complaint . Then he follow me up to check and 1st room and the second room I had complained. True enough, he realized his mistake and get me another room. Frankly speaking , that room is windows lock which I can understand for safety. But the ventilation was super bad. Not because I had switch on the “heater” in the room but really the room was very stuffy! I started to realize why so many people check out in the night after we open the front door for fresh air to come in. Franking speaking , hardly any cold air !Initially I complained to front desk but they told me that is the best they can do and they offer me few pack of “koolfever pack” like this attach picture. Meaning they knew this problem and yet they did not do anything about it. I ask next question, why not I paid for upgrade will the room had better venting ? He said not. All the same ! At that time , already so late at night and tomorrow morning we had booked the Tokyo Disney Sea tickets, we negotiate among ourselves to stay one night so that we can change hotel after our Disney trip. I complained to Trip.com on the lousy hotelCondition and service and no refund from the hotel for balance stay if I check out. Thanks to trip.com they offered to offset $219 (converted from points) for me to book another hotel stay. Hence, 2nd day I booked another hotel and we move out the hotel because whole night I did not sleep and sweating and I have no choice but to guide dog with main door open for my family !This is really insane.I don’t want my family to die out of oxygen !Next, during check in, they keep on emphasize the room will not do cleaning after the 3rd day due to whatever good reason they had mention.However , on that morning after we go Disney sea, we are very sure some one actually go into our room. Even though we did not lost anything , I think, I find out our privacy is invaded.
