I visited here to watch mma. The facilities here, including the stage, lighting, and service, were perfect. Of course, there were multiple restrooms and exits, so despite the huge capacity, I was able to use it cleanly. But the problem is the cafeteria... and the useless employees. I waited about 20 minutes to order food at the concession stand. When it was my turn, I was told there was no food. And when I ordered a drink and was about to leave, food was served from the next my order. I felt absurd and ordered Uber Eats, but when delivery guy arrived, staff said I cant leave the exit and the Uber Eats delivery guy cant come in. The delivery guy was three steps ahead, but I couldn’t get my food. In the end, they called the manager and hesitated for over 20 minutes. And I was finally able to get food after the show ended!! The Japanese are really clueless about this…. Fr

New arena in Ariake build for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Came here for the Perfume live performance 2022/08/20. First time using it for a event filled with people for the venue. Seats about 15,000. Had very very good seats, arena area middle part second row! Too bad can’t take pictures. Not really close to any of the stations so need to walk a bit (8 min). Venue is super new so clean with many washrooms. Also the AC was good and blasting so was nice and cool. They were selling food and drinks inside but would recommend to bring your own. Super long line for merch. Need to come early or purchase after the event.

Incredible show by Sting, and excellent sound. But exiting the arena floor took 30 minutes. Fire exits are everywhere, but they didn’t open them even just to make things more manageable. Also very hot (mask policies in place), claustrophobic and inaccessible. There must be better arena planners that can handle the influx of 15,000 people, instead of pushing them out of just one exit. Can be potentially dangerous, so hoping this can change in the future.

It's a very good arena for events. Right by the waterside, the view is nice on a clear day. It's a bit hard to get to from central Tokyo, as transit options are just by bus. The arena interior has 3 floor sections of seats. The stage can hold quite a bit of people. Acoustics have a good echo and carry throughout the insides. Washrooms are quite clean too.

Wow we watched a Suntory Birds game here and it was awesome. So big, clean and bright. The crowd control was great and everyone was orderly. The experience was great. Even though our seats were close to the back, it was good for watching the volleyball game. Tickets were only $2000. The neighbourhood the arena is located in is very peaceful and scenic.
