OK, I understand that money rule the world, but are 100 T-shirts, sold after the concert, worth the 30 minute suffering of thousands of people who already paid you for the concert? What they did is epic. They forward the entire crowd after the concert through a SINGLE exit, so that all the people pass near the merchandise. And the table with merchandise occupy half of the passage width, which (probably to a big surprise of the arena managers, or was it intentional again?) caused an epic traffic jam. After the merchandise tables the crowd moves freely. Put the merchandise outside, as they normally do in Nippon Budokan, or put it out of the people's way, at least. I never had a problem going out of a concert venue before. This is NOT SAFE AT ALL, what happens in case of panic or disaster? They will not have time to open the exits. All exits must be opened, safety must be the first priority, not money. I wonder, if they have passed a real safety inspection? Another point, how about some extra ventilation? My wife almost fainted even during the concert. Just press the ventilation...

Three things:
1-Bucketing down rain but can’t bring your umbrella inside. Hang it outside, so a thousand people who leave before you can take it leaving you without one in the torrential downpour. Leave it to Japan to not make an exception to the rule given a storm.
2-Before the show, walk two kilometers around the stadium to find the merch booth. Three separate staff confirmed to me that it would be still operating after the shows because who wants to lug a bag of merch around for the whole show? After the show, I asked four separate people which roped off pathway to the merch booths. Myself and maybe 60 others rushing for it, only to get there and have the staff say it ended 30mins ago. Not good enough.
3-Roped off toilets? Seriously?
Acoustics were ok overall. Will I think about seeing another artist at this venue? No....

The facilities here, including the stage, lighting, and service, were perfect. Of course, there were multiple restrooms and exits, so despite the huge capacity, I was able to use it cleanly.
But the problem is the cafeteria... and the useless employees.
I waited about 20 minutes to order food at the concession stand. When it was my turn, I was told there was no food. And when I ordered a drink and was about to leave, food was served from the next my order.
I felt absurd and ordered Uber Eats, but when delivery guy arrived,
staff said I cant leave the exit and the Uber Eats delivery guy cant come in. The delivery guy was three steps ahead, but I couldn’t get my food.
In the end, they called the manager and hesitated for over 20 minutes. And I was finally able to get food after the show ended!!
The Japanese are really clueless...
