The customer service including the kitchen chefs were very bad. Asked for a vegetarian pasta which they had was a Gorgonzola cheese penne, so I ordered but 3-5min after a waitress came back and told me not to order because it'll take 20+minutes to cook the penne and it was 8:30 pm and the restaurant close at 10 pm which they made it sounds like please don't order it. =Chef's request. A bunch of other things, like had to call loud to get waiter's attention, asked if ordering a cheese plate for 1 person which they said it's very tiny plate but it was cheap 3 kinda of cheese with good volume and couldn't finish even full palates of dishes left, they don't want you to take them home. A very worst 1000 yen lunch course. The so-called sardine spaghetti is basically some cabbage with excessive oil based sauce. I can hardly find any sardine. 3 of us ordered the ¥1600 lunch menu and were quite pleased with the quality of the food. You get an appetizer plate (salad, tiny piece of quiche, slice of mortadella, and a small serving of pana cotta) , a pizza or pasta main, and all you can drink coffee, tea, and juice.
