Travellers Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Tokyo

It was the worst Thai food I had ever had in my life. By the way, I am Thai who had been living abroad for very long time (long-tern in 3 countries), yet here is the worst.

Please excuse me for the strong comment. I don’t know how to express this lightly. I am so angry. I had lunch set Gapao rice and fried chicken (I thought it supposed to me a Gas Man Gai, deep-fry version). These two dishes are the most common Thai food in Japan. All the ingredients are available in Japan. Therefore, there are no excuses and unforgivable!!! I hope anyone who have responsibility in this restaurant to at least tech on Google how it supposed to be. Or ever just visit any other Thai restaurant in Japan and learn!

I took a look at the other comments and pictures, the quality control might depends on the chef who in charge. Maybe I was the the worst point of this restaurant. I think best pad Thai in tokyo ! I love Thai food and I have been eating / ordering Thai food over 50 restaurants in New York and Thailand . Pad thai here is best in tokyo so far . ( I had only pad Thai here 2 times .i will come back for checking other food for sure ! So surprising not many customer on Sunday ! I was so lucky

The decor reminds me of the Bangkok suburbs. Nice cosy and relaxed environment that makes you forget that you're in Tokyo.

Come for the chicken rice which is their signature dish, I recommend the half boiled and half deep fried version. Serving is a little on the small side, hence side dishes or entrees will provide a complete meal.
