I was looking for a tsukemen spot in Tokyo and found this one near my hotel, it was absolutely delicious! You order at the vending machine near the entrance, which gives you a ticket. Then, you hand it to the staff when you’re seated.

I sat at the counter and could watch everything happening in the kitchen. Such a cool experience!

I had menu number 2: a bowl of noodles with a sheet of nori, and dipping broth with pork, egg, and bamboo shoots. I didn’t want something too heavy (menu number 1 comes with two slices of pork and two sheets of nori I think), and I was really full by the end.

The noodles are served cold and are thick and perfectly cooked (I think they were katamen, meaning slightly firm). A small wedge of lemon is served on the side you can squeeze a bit over the noodles before dipping, and it adds a refreshing brightness that works so well with the rich broth. And don’t forget to slurp… if you can! (I still need to master that 😆).

Also, the chef and staff were kind. Highly recommended if you’re into tsukemen or want to try it for...

Had lunch here. It was a one block walk from the toyosu station, which is one stop away from teamlabs planet. They serve tsukemen style ramen, which is ramen dipped in a rich broth. It's only counter sitting. You pay and place your order on the machine outside the store and then sit on a bench outside to wait your turn. The ramen is delicious. The noodles were springy and the broth delicious with a good portion of pork and an egg, with 2 pieces of Nori. A good meal for around 1300 yen. The service was fast and you can see the 2 chefs prepare the noodles. This appears to be a chain. Popular with the locals for lunch, we were the only gaijin there. Don't forget the bibs under the counter. You are going to need them when you slurp down...

Don’t get how anybody could complain about this place…solid ramen at a great price for the quality. 3 of ate for $40 and it was great. Not a lot of English spoken, but we managed with the English menu card and figured out the machine outside (cash goes in first…then order!). You can watch the guys behind the counter make your ramen to order and it’s clear they take pride in their food. It felt like a very authentic experience. The kid had the tsukamen style and he loved that as much as we loved our ramen. Great spot if you’re checking out TeamLabs Planets…only about 10m...

What a meal! Perfect atmosphere too in such a small restaurant where you can see the chefs working and taking pride in making their meals. You order from a vending machine and give your ticket to the host. If its full you just have to wait. I ordered the tsukemen and it was so good i added the rice top up for 100¥ which i rarely do! Cant waste any of that golden soup stock. I should have double the noodles like old mate a few seats down where the noodles were higher than the bowl itself. Delicious and hearty meal prepared with care and expertise. 10/10

Incredible experience!! The way you can seat down, relax, and watch the friendly chefs make your great meal~ Lots of space for belongings, and an incredible atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone, locals & tourists! We even came back a second time, to eat another dish just the day before we returned to Israel.... The chef spoiled us with extra toppings... What is certain is that you have a warm place in our hearts, we will recommend you to friends who will come to Tokyo from Israel!!
