This was a good find late at night (11pm). I ordered the standard tonkotsu shoyu ramen (pork bone and soy sauce broth, which are typically not combined) and a second seasoned soft boiled egg. The egg was great and the ramen was decent, but nothing special. I've had worse in Japan so i'd say it was fairly average. However, my dad got the tsukamen special which I thought was very good. Tsukamen is like ramen but has no soup or broth and came on a bamboo strainer with a separate bowl of brothy sauce, kind of like a zaru (cold) soba, that you dip the noodles in.
