Misodaru — Restaurant in Tokyo

Miso ramen shop at the back of Vivahome on the second floor. We were doing some DIY shopping and didn't even know they had restaurants there. It gets very busy during peak lunch time but we were able to be seated here without having to wait although a line built up shortly after we were served. They specialize in miso ramen but also offer tsukemen and shio ramen dishes. It's a decent ramen shop, nothing to write home about, although would say a bit pricey for what it is. If you're in the area and really need something to eat, you should be able to get a table here...

ちょっと涼しくなってきたので、温かいラーメンでも食べようと思い久しぶりに手作りの味噌らーめん 味噌樽で辛味噌らーめんと味玉味噌らーめん。 ここはＧＲＡＳＴ社のチェーンだが、ＧＲＡＳＴの味噌らーめんは全般的にコクが強くて好み。 味噌は白味噌でちょっと甘め、麺は中太縮れ麺でスープとマッチしていて非常に旨い。 辛味噌は味噌ベースにラー油的な辛味がトッピングされており、これもまた旨い。 ここの系列はトッピングが充実しているのもありがたく、タマネギフライ、炒め高菜、ニンニク、ショウガ・・・・ 大盛り無料も嬉しいサービスで久しぶりの味噌らーめんに満足。 2023/2/18 無性にラーメンが食べたくて、ちょうどビバホームに行く用事もあったので、手作りの味噌らーめん 味噌樽で味噌らーめん。 この系列店は味噌らーめんばかりだが、どこも旨くて好きです。 11時過ぎに入店した時には、まだ左程お客様は多くなかったが、出るときには行列になっていた。 味噌らーめんは麺大盛りを無料でサービスなので、娘も大盛りに。 こちらのスープはちょっととろみがあり、味噌が主張し過ぎない旨さがあって本当に好み。 ハイボールを飲みながら、一気に食べ進めスープまで完飲。 ラーメン食べたかった気分にマッチした味噌らーめんで満腹満足。 2027/7/14 前日のつけ麺がイマイチだったので、味噌ラーメンが旨いここのはどうかな？と思い手作りの味噌らーめん...
