This Tully's cafe is on the way to work for me, so I stopped there many times for a hot chocolate.

I have to say that no matter what staff it's working that day, the service is always bad.

It seems like this branch staff doesn't receive a proper training when starting to work!

Their service is horrible: they don't listen to the costumer requests and they are terribly slow.

Again, I repeat, it's not about only one or two staff members.. it happens every single time!

A bit out-dated but adequate. Good Tully’s fare. Removing the small ‘Smoking Room’ upstairs would increase room and bring more business. Also staff would not be subjected to working in a toxic environment. Overall, ok for a quick,...

感想：三鷹駅南口にあるタリーズ。横長のレイアウトで一階は禁煙、二階は完全分煙に。電源は各階のカウンター席にあり。テーブルの奥行きは絶妙な奥行きで、15インチのMacBook...

일본의 커피 프랜차이즈 전문점입니다. 이곳은 미타카역 남쪽출구 바로 옆에 위치한 단독건물이었고, 일정상 잠시 쉬었다가 가기 좋은 장소였습니다. 폭이 굉장히 좁은 건물이었고, 특히 2층에는 흡연실이 있어 이용하기가 좋았습니다. 다만 커피맛은 바로 내린커피가 아닌 좀 묵은맛이나는 커피여서 아쉬웠습니다.
