I don't know about the other reviewers, but I kinda like this place. The guy at the front desk (who might've been a trainee) didn't know English, but bent over backwards to try and communicate with me. The single rooms seem to be filled a lot, so I ended up getting a double. Let me just say, this is a pretty nice room compared to the cramped places I've been staying in so far. There's a table with two chairs and enough room for it to not really be an inconvenience. Bed is pretty nice. And I finally have an actual desk with a decent rolling chair to work with! I don't know about the other rooms, but I like this. Wish I had more time to stay.

Read moreIt is a very convenient place to stay since it is less than a 2 minute walk to the Mitaka JR line. We stayed at the hotel because it's less than a 10 minute walk to the Tokai Matsumai dojo. I stayed for 2 weeks and the price was great for two rooms so close to the services and proximity to the station as well as the dojo. It's also one stop away from tons of great izakaya restaurants and is on the chuo line which is a straight shot to Akihabara and the heart of Tokyo. ||Let's not forget that studio Ghibli is a 10 minute walk, make sure you make reservations 3 months before your planned stay, it's...
