Tully's Coffee — Restaurant in Tokyo

残念ながら、柔軟な接客対応が出来ないスタッフがいるタリーズです。基本的に終始丁寧に見えるのですが、マニュアル通りの動きしか出来ないからか、折角注文カウンターが2つあるにもかかわらず、列が出来ていてもそのうちの1つしか利用できなことがあります。その間、他のスタッフが忙しそうにフロアを動いているかというとそういう様子は見られません。 また、それに呼応するかのように客の回転もあまりよくありません。経堂駅周辺は他にも飲食店があるため、このような有様を見ると次に利用したいとは思わなくなるでしょう。

Unfortunately, this Tully's has the staff that is unable to provide flexible customer service.
