You first purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine, then line up. Before long, a staff member comes over to collect the tickets and asks for your preferred noodle firmness.
The restaurant has only counter seating, and the interior is quite narrow. If youâre a larger person and get seated in the back, it might be a bit of a challenge just to get to your seat.

The soup here is on another levelâseriously rich and packed with pork bone flavor and chicken oil. Every spoonful is pure happiness. The noodles are extra wavy, which is rare for this style, and they soak up the soup perfectly, making every bite punchy and delicious. The smoked chashu is a real standoutâsuper tender and smoky, just melts in your mouth. The seaweed and spinach are perfectly balanced, and honestly, every topping feels like a star. The ramen goes SO well with rice, too, and every bite just sends waves of flavor. This kind of rich, balanced bowl is totally addictive!
