We ordered the most expensive package which included a meal with dessert champaign a live performance and pictures we also ordered fries and drinks on top of that. The girl acting as our waiter only let my fiance order food and i was left without a meal, they ignored us for about an hour then we ordered more drinks waiting for our dessert. It took 45 minutes for our waitress to stop flirting with a guy in the corner and come serve us a bottle of champaign (keep in mind we have to pay $10 per hour that we are there) after that they did the live performance and although the entire rest of the room has changed tables about twice (new people) we are still stuck here waiting for dessert! After another hour goes by (going on 3 hours now) i get up to peave because we have other things we want to do today! I had already asked the waitress for the dessert 3 times at this point and each time she said yes she is getting it and then doesnt. Its frustrating because people who arrived after us had been served their desserts and i was getting frustrated and feeling like they are taking advantage of us. The woman at the register ignores us gor 8 minutes and then gets our bill but it still has the dessert on it, i tell her i dont want to pay for it since its been 3 hours and we never got it plus we were done eating like 15 minutes in since i never got a meal. She points back to our table and our waitress just now has put down the dessert and that makes me even more mad cuz now their like look we brought it so you have to stay and eat it and pay for it. I refused to stay any longer as i felt we were being scammed for more money (again it was about to be our 4th hour if we stayed any longer) so i paid them the 300 dollars we owed which is insane since we only got one meal and it was terrible, on top of terrible service, bad attitudes, and a feeling of being played. Never again. Just go down the street and across the bridge past the casino to the meat tower on the 10th floor there is an amazing restraunt and for half the price you can be treated like royalty have an amazing wagu beef meal and look out over all akihabara! There they actually treat you like a master they pull out your chair for you wait on you getting drinks towlets steamed towels or whatever you need they cook the food right infront of you to however you like it. After your done eating you change rooms to a lounge table for iced cream and tea and have your own personal bar tender for drinks. Forget a maid cafe and if you do go just to check it out buy one of the cheap options cuz its just not...

Edit: I'll leave my initial comment and rating for conservation, but now having been at this specific Maidreamin (Ekimae, 3F) way too many times than I'd like to admit, allow me to write an actual review.
The maids are all cute and charming! Some are more proficient in English than others, but I've never seen them have a communication issue with other customers. And I've been there all day everyday, in the most literal sense you can think of (well, during open hours anyway). If you can talk Japanese, then they make for fun conversation partners!
They have an English menu, and you can pay by card.
Regarding the food, here's the thing: I always go with the thought that food in maid cafés is just "there" while the performance to serve them is what you're really paying for. HOWEVER! The food at this place is actually quite delicious! I'm almost done ordering every dish from their menu.
Although just sitting there, eating and looking at the cute maids is enjoyable in itself, the real show is when somebody orders a "Live", in which they show you a list of songs to choose from so they can put on a dance performance for the room. That is where the real fun is! Please give the girls there all of your cheers!
Photos of the maids are monetized, so please be sure to order a ticket and give it to the maid you'd like to take a picture with/of. 1 ticket = 1 maid. Either your own smartphone or their camera (polaroid) can be used. With the latter, your chosen maid will write some things on the card and sign it.
Ah, and if you order a Live, please also ask for a "wotagei" (depending on the song) for maximum enjoyment ;)
PS: Dear Karasu, thank you for being my first maid ❤️...
Read moreMaidreamin is simply amazing! If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable experience, this is the place to be. From the moment you step through the doors, you will be greeted with warm and friendly service by the maids, who are all dressed in their cute and adorable maid outfits.
Even the weather could not dampen the spirits of the maid on the first floor, who bravely stood outside in the rain and cold, marketing the café to customers while wearing only her maid uniform and a jacket and umbrella. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she greeted every passerby with a smile.
Inside, the café offers the usual maid café services such as photo ops, performances by one of the maids, and the maid write on your omelette. The best thing about Maidreamin is that it is very friendly to foreigners, with the maids speaking a good amount of English, and the menu also available in English, Chinese, and Korean.
The highlight of your visit will be when the maid asks you to perform the "taste better magic spell" with her. It may be a bit embarrassing, but it's all part of the experience and truly adds to the magic of the café.
Overall, Maidreamin is a must-visit if you're looking for a top-notch maid café experience. The friendly service, unique experiences and cute maids. make it the perfect place to treat yourself to a truly one-of-a-kind experience. So don't hesitate, head over to...
