Water Blue Cafe — Restaurant in Tokyo

Kind of a family atmosphere with one big table where everyone sits. It's one of those fancy one-piece tables cut from a single tree. Basically 10 seats, but a couple of loose chairs for extras. The extra chairs actually look more comfortable. Covid separators up now, but last time I stopped by it was a giant party filling the whole place with no separations. Educational menu with two dimensions of flavor for hot coffee, but doesn't extend to the flavor of ice coffee. No background music or Wi-Fi.

Flavorful iced coffee and I have no problem calling it a high four stars overall.

I wonder if Google Maps could try to help with the consumption tax thing? Maybe a flag on the Overview tab to indicate whether or not consumption tax is included in the menus? Basically it's a deterrent to spending money, but spending is supposed to be what drives the whole economy. If the government wants more economic activity, then we want fewer deterrents.
