Wanted to have Chinese style food for dinner, so went into this shop. Very fast service. Had our ordered food within 10 minutes. The stir fried green vegetable was not oily nor salty. Stir fried beef and bamboo shoots have a crispy crunch. Mapo tofu had that...

鳥取市末広温泉町玄関口の一等地、老舗の純上海料理。聞けば主人はコックで上海、もう一人のコックは大連らしい。席は座敷が四人、六人、八人。四人テーブル席が五個とカウンターが五人と、まあ広い。メニューの数も５０種類はあろうか😅 おしぼりを使いながらまず生🍺と手羽先唐揚げを注文。アツアツの手羽先が三個チリソースと共に到着。 このソースがなんとも🍺に合う。 チリソースが余ったので鳥カラ揚げも注文。何とも言えないおいしそうな匂いと共にアツアツの唐揚げが。 他には無い絶妙な香り。これぞ上海唐揚げか😅うまい❗おいしい‼️ 大連のコックさんに、あなたの一番得意な料理と聞いたら麻婆豆腐だと即答。じゃそれっ ...

This is a good and competitive restaurant! We had dinner here and the food was really good. It's Chinese cuisine and it was the best I had in the region! The staff here is super friendly. A joy to eat here! Highly recommended!

ザ町中華、という佇まいです。 割と好みの雰囲気で入店しましたが、 後から来たお客さんに私と同じ注文(餃子)が先に提供され、 →5分後くらいにそのお客さんの別の注文が届くと、「この餃子頼んでません」と返品される →その返品された品(餃子)がそのまま私のところへ。。 本家のハンターチャンスを思い出しました。(年齢がバレる(汗)) 熱々がやや冷めてしまったりとか、返品したお客さんがタバコ吸ってたりとか、色々勘案しても返品された品をそのまま横流しはちょっと。。 という残念な気持ちで退店しました。 美味しかったんですけどね。 店員さんは中国の方のようなので、一生懸命仕事をされていたとは思いますが、その辺りの微妙なニュアンスは理解してもらえないのかもしれません。 たぶんもう来ません。
