Jujuan Japanese BBQ — Restaurant in Tottori

This is fine place for dining with exceptional food. Both locals and foreigners are greeted politely, and both Japanese and English menus are provided. Staff are very attentive and helpful, and can communicate in fine English with non-japanese speakers. They sometimes also provide services (changing the grill net, giving water after you finished your drink etc) before you even ask them for it! As for the food, it certainly lives up to its fame. There is a fine but not really wide selection of meats: seafood, chicken, beef and pork, with limited vegetables. The beef, especially premium wagyu beef, are recommended as they are extremely juicy and tender (assuming you cook them with the right timing). Seafood are also fresh and have portions enough to leave feeling filled. Spices and tastes for all food are pretty much great. The restaurant is clean and its location is easy to find. It can be recognized easily from its unique building design which differed from it surroundings. The only potential downside(?) would be it's price, since it is quite expensive per meal. I think it is worth the price, considering its quality. Highly recommended for a quality meal...

Five stars for the food - some of the best BBQ I’ve had especially the crab sauce and the beef. The rating reflects more of the service we had. We came on a weeknight so there was only one other occupied table in the restaurant. Yet the waiters stood somewhere else, not doing much, where they could not see the customers. They did not help much with the grilling instructions for the different kinds of food and did not refill our drinks. Unfortunately, because we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the grill, we badly burnt some of the beef. Yes, partly our fault, but could have been avoided if the service was better considering the restaurant was not...

ご飯が美味しいだけに接客が0点すぎて残念。

前に利用した際に とても感じがよくいいお店だったのでまた行きたいと思い電話で予約をして来店。

お盆シーズンだったこともあり お客様の数が多かったが店員の数があまりにも少ない。 それはいいんですよ。仕方ないなぁとは思いますが にしてもですね ◾︎ファーストオーダーを聞きにくるのに15分もかかる（遅すぎでは？しかもこちらが先に呼んだのに他のお客様の方を何回も優先されてある） ◾︎他のお客様の料理も全く出ていない ◾︎そのくせに予約をしていない新規客を入れるせいでどんどん接客が回ってちない ◾︎なのにオーナーや他の店員は団体の常連だと思わしきお客様と談笑

ファーストオーダー取りに来ないし、飲み物頼んでも10分以上平気で待たされる。 料理は美味しいのに飲み物が来ないから食べられないし、なんなら注文を忘れられてるし。 値段と接客が見合っていないな、ただその一言につきます。 炭が減っていくのを見守るだけの時間、これ何？笑笑

助っ人でいらしたという背の高い男性はとても愛想がよく申し訳なさそうに働いていたのに 大学生っぽいお兄さんと太ったおばさんの接客態度があまりにも残念。本当に残念。特にいかつめの太ったおばさんの方。

レジでお会計をする時も待つこと10分。いや、はよ来いよ。 太ったおばさんが帰り際他のお客様には「注文などお待たせしてしまい申し訳ございませんでした」と謝罪をしているのを席から見ていたが こちらがお会計した時は謝罪の一言一切なし。

料理の提供に対しての謝罪はないのはいいとしてもいや、お会計するのに10分近く待ってるんですが？？？？？？？？

オーナーさんも昔はらっきょの話とか色々してくれたが今回は玄関前に立っていたのにも関わらず常連のお客様だけ対応してこちらには見向きもせず。 ないわ〜〜〜

というか他のテーブルのお客様が呼んでたり、来店されてるのに店員が出てこないのなんなん。なんで御手洗に立った時に店員に間違えられなきゃいけないんだよ。お前だよ！！お前が見える位置に立ってないからだろ！ないわ。 テーブルに呼び出しベル置きな？あと注文を伝票に書くかハンディにしな？いちいちメモに書いたやつを書き写してる時間もったいないぜ？？そのせいで無駄な時間ロスしてるお店。
