GottsuoRamen Tottori — Restaurant in Tottori

Since ramen with beef broth is a local specialty, I had to try that version of course. The shop is centrally located only a few minutes from the train station. I tried the normal version and it's an very interesting after having so many pork, chicken or seafood based Ramen. It's a clear soup with a strong beef flavor, relatively salty though. The noodles are okay, toppings relatively basic. For 780y it's definitely value for money....
