海幸山幸 越中茶屋 — Restaurant in Toyama

Extremely rude and racist staff. After seeing that we were tourists, the waitress threw a tablet onto the table and didn't make eye contact with us.

When serving our order, the younger waitress tilted the tray and spilled BOILING SOUP on my mother and my sister, which BURNED their skin, soaked their pants, and also my mother's winter coat. The old lady looked angry as if we had knocked the soup out of the tray. None if us had touched the tray. We did NOT receive an apology. The staff looked indifferent to the incident, and did not seem to care.

We had been travelling across the Tateyama Kurobe alpine route and were VERY tired at the end of the day. This was not what we needed.

DISGRACEFUL customer service....

We came here because everywhere else had a long queue during lunchtime, and this restaurant didn't. However we were pleasantly surprised - the food was not bad. I liked the local specialties (firefly squid and himi udon with glass shrimp tempura). There's also a discount if you...

富山での最後の食事の為利用。 案内された席は、通路にゴミや伝票が落ちている。着席するもオーダーの説明なし。タブレットあるが動かない。水も持って来てくれないから聞けない→手を上げて確認すると無言でレジに行って操作→オーダーできるようになる→水を持ってくる→タブレットを電源にさしたまま使うよう指摘される（これはタブレットに注意書きがあったので私に非があるが、すみませんが〜の一言添えても良いと思った）→ご飯到着も私に対して40度の角度で置き逃げ→食べようにも箸もない…

上司を呼ぶが、話の途中で面倒くさそうな態度で「後でも良いですか？」。（確かに忙しい時間。） 最後にお箸が無いと言うと、「箸が無いと食べれないww」とへらへら笑っての対応。。 当事者の人が食事の途中で謝りにきてはくれたけど、「すみません」だけ。 「何に対してごめんなさい？何で怒ってるかわかる？」と聞いても「顔ですよね…」とトンチンカンな返事。 結局具体的な事は何も出てこず。

入店してから終始イライラしての食事になったので、せっかくの白エビも不味く感じて残念でした。
