今日のベスト一品は！！？？ えーと、、、 みすじでした！！！ 今日のベスト一品は！！？？ というのは私の完全な個人的意見を元に注文して頼んだ料理のなかから１番美味しかったオススメの一品を紹介してます！ 是非このお店に行った時は注文してみてください！ 美味しかった！不味かった！など好みはあるかもしれませんが、初めて行くかたのために参考になれば幸いです！ 今日は富山出張で焼肉を食べよう！とのことでこちらのお店に初訪問。 店内はダイニングバーのようなオシャレな雰囲気です！ 店内はわりと暇だったため半個室の席に座り、注文。 メニューもわりと豊富で希少部位などもありました。 味はものにもよりますが、わりと味付け重視より肉質で勝負してる感じかな。 このタイプだと結構値段がはるタイプが多いですが、こちらのお店はその点コスパがよく感じました。 もう少し一つ一つに工夫のあるメニューが多いと良かったなと思います。 御馳走様でした(^_^)

Decent Hida beef, bad service and not nearly enough beef!! Two people had the ¥3,500 course, after the first salad and after a small round of pork and chicken (two pieces of each), we received a plate of roughly ten pieces of beef between us. Plus ice cream.

And that was it...

If you’re hungry, don’t go here. I live in Japan so I’ve eaten a lot of courses. Not nearly enough food...

10 para carnívoros! La carne es supersticiosa. A mi no me.gusta demasiado la ternera, o no me gustaba hasta que probé la de este sitio, hasta repetí. Nada que envidiar a otras carnes japonesas. Pedimos algo de cerdo, algo de ternera y verduras (Vienen muchas y muy variadas) todo para hacerlo a la parrilla, te lo haces tu mismo allí y te ponen varias salsas para combinar. El.local es de los dueños de una granja que traen directamente la carne así que es de una calidad estupenda. Y de precio genial,.unos 25 por cabeza saliendo bien lleno. Eso si la carta no está en.inglés, sólo en japonés aunque la tienen en su web y podéis traducirla si tenéis...
